Spotlight on Our Key Initiatives

Children’s Museum:
We are thrilled to announce the development of a new and innovative Children’s Museum. This exciting addition will be a dynamic, interactive space where children can learn, explore, and grow. The museum will serve as a cornerstone of our community, offering a safe and enriching environment for families to engage in educational activities and play. Your donation will help bring this vision to life, creating a vibrant hub of creativity and discovery for the children in our community.

 

Family Resource Lending Library:
In addition to the Children’s Museum, we are establishing a Family Resource Lending Library. This library will provide families with access to essential resources, including educational materials, parenting books, and developmentally appropriate toys and games. By offering these resources, we aim to support families in their journey towards growth and empowerment, ensuring they have the tools they need to overcome challenges and seize opportunities.

• Parenting workshops

• Community, Teen and Parent Cafes

• Youth Development and Training

• Community Kiosk Station supporting access to resources and referrals

• Resource Lending Library

 

Enhancing Our Current Programming
Your donation also supports our existing programs, which are crucial to our mission of building stronger, happier families and ensuring a vibrant future for all. Our current programs include:

• Foster Care: Providing safe and nurturing homes for children in need.

• Adoption: Helping to create forever families for children awaiting a permanent home.

• Licensing: Ensuring high standards of care and support for foster and adoptive families.

• Compass North Homeless Youth and Runaway Services: Offering critical support and resources to youth experiencing homelessness.

• Healthy Families America Day One Home Visiting: Delivering evidence-based home visiting services to promote healthy child development and family well-being.

Addressing Our Space Needs

As our programming has expanded, we have outgrown our current space and are now working out of closets. We are exploring options for building expansion or relocating to a new property to better serve our community. Your donation will support these efforts, ensuring we have the facilities needed to maintain and expand our services.
